like Accurate sea combat in the age of the sail

Play from the captain's chair
Firing orders
Design ship on give and take basis: could have a small ship/low arms or big cannon platform.

Ship design
-surface Curve definition to determine internal flooring and hold space
-Determine how much gun decking is needed and compute total available spaces

If ship gets hit by large enough projectile need to control yaw but unlike sea ship don't have to worry about pitching from the waves. Be easier to design a space combat sim first then put it in sea for the chaotic external forces.

Player should only have to worry about conservation of momentum during combat situations.
